Poor Stopper Design
I purchased this drain with my tub expecting it to be well constructed for the cost I paid for it. When I assembled it (with very poor directions), the stopper control did not work well at all. There is no positive connection between the control and the drain stopper, and I could make the stopper not work with very little effort. I plan on returning the drain and buying a cheaper plastic one with a stopper that works.

Kohler Drain
Purchased the Brushed Nickel for our Kohler K-1229 Soaking Tub. Plumber had no complaints about the quality of this drain.

Pricey but worth it
This is a very expensive part as compared to the cheap plastic alternatives, but it is a top quality piece. It is adjustable for all heights of tubs, and is built to be reversible for gaining clearance through the floor. This is the quality that all American made plumbing accessories used to be. This is the type of product that is built tfor the long haul, and the quality that my customers expect. I would strongly recommend this part for a new tub installation.

Hard to find
After a long search I found this drain for my old Kohler whirlepool. It is perfect! The price was reasonable and the shipping was far faster than I expected. Way Kool!!

Hard to find item.
Plumber and contractor could not fine the brushed brass tub waste to match my faucets. They told me it did not exist. I went online and found you. Thanks a lot, it looks good and works great!

Kohler drain
Kohler quality speaks for itself. Heavy duty and solid. Pricey but worth it in the end.

Loose Start, Strong Finish
Packing reassured me that the product would be in good shape once ready for installation. The clip that set the overflow in place was a unique idea, but did not set tight, resulting in a few extra trips to the cellar to reset the pipe. Once in place the drain system fit well and the finish is very good. The adjustment for the drain plug was somewhat awkward and required several tries to obtain the proper opening.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
