what a mistake
It takes two hand on the faucet to change from narrow stream to shower stream. That has been a one handed function on most faucets for years. I have really hated the faucet since it when in, but we paid so much for it who would do anything but get used to it. But now it is broke. No water since Saturday and the plumber comes monday.

OK Product
I love the look of the faucet however I thought the stream of the water would be a regular stream when turned on then change to spray when you squeezed the handle but it doesn't work like that, you have the turn the bottom of the faucet head to stream or spray and when you squeeze the handle tight it shuts the water off. It's going to take some time getting use to. For the money I thought it would be a better using faucet but it sure is beautiful.

Worst Faucet ever!
I have tried to like this faucet, but for over $900 I shouldn't have to make myself like it. It only has two settings-spray and more spray. It spatters water everywhere. I have been horribly disappointed in it. It would be great in a commercial kitchen where someone else would be wiping up all the water.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
