Is there an overflow cap or drain cap that accompanies this sink when i buy it or do i have to buy it separately? Whats the default colour of these fittings if it comes with the sink naturally?
A. The Kohler K-4819 does not come with a standard drain camp/overflow cap you have to select the color. Thank you for your question. When you add the finish for your sink the next page allows you to select the drain cap overflow finish. Kohler K-4061 drain cap overflow model number.

Form Over Function?
I put this in my bathroom, and while I love the way it looks, it's taking a bit to get used to. It's large, meaning wide and tall. This is my first vessel sink and it is different than the traditional sinks in that of course it stands up. It splashes a bit outside the sink as well and, depending on what faucet you get, it can be a little awkward. It's quite high off the vanity top, so just be aware of that before you purchase it. My girlfriend loves it, and I have no regrets, but think I would have been just as happy with something not as "high concept"

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
