Satisfied and more

Fit perfectly
The seat matched the color or our Kohler toilet perfectly. Faucet Direct had it to my house in a couple of days, and it was the least expensive I could find anywhere.

color blind
Kohler skylight is really lavender, not blue. I think I did see that remark on your web site but I ignored it. Looks awful on the Kohler Heron blue toilet. Heron blue doesn't seem to be available any longer.

Was what it said it was
In a second home we bought, the tub and toilet were an odd color and the toilet seat must have broke and had been replaced with a white one because, I guess, the previous owners couldn't find anything that matched. When I attempted to find one, no stores around had anything close to the color I needed. I checked out Fawcet Direct's website and they had a very large group of colors to select from. Seeing one I thought would match, I ordered it and when it arrived, it was exactly the color as shown on its website and it matches the tub and toilet perfectly. I would certainly shop there again.

Installed it myself like a breeze!
I was very concerned about ordering a toilet seat online, but couldn't find the right color in any retail stores. While viewing the FaucetDirect website, I realized that measurements for toilet seats aren't universal. The descriptions and pictures provided helped me find the right seat for my toilet. I received my seat in record time and with no damage, due to the excellent packaging. I can't believe how easy and stress-free the entire process was! Thanks!

Good Value
This seat appears to be of good quality, and a better buy than others I had looked at. It had some marks on it, and if I had not ordered it online, I would have taken it back to exchange. The marks were not severe, and if the finish had been less glossy (which is nice) they might not have been even noticeable. It is something to watch for, however.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
