Is there a Kohler soft close seat I can use? K-4664 is not soft close and it is not available in the color I need.

Great toilet
this is a really beautiful toilet that works really well. it's nice and slim which I like and the design is super sleek.

Great, needs patience to install
It's not your every day toilet!
Contrary to the instruction, I recommend to install the tank last so you can actually see where the bolts meet the anchors.
Take measures before you buy to make sure it fits.
It's a great product - love it, both the water saving and the sleek design

Kohler Dual Flush
Works Great! I'm finishing my basement and decide on this toilet (complete unit), having never installed a toilet before I was very pleased with the directions and template for installing that came with the product. The installation is more difficult than a standard toilet as there is no access to the fill/tank connection (to check for leaks). Therefore I recommend making these prior to mounting the bowl per the instructions. This means you will need to drain the tank & bowl and move the toilet as a unit into place. Of course checking all the mounting hardware for correct placement and level mounting before water testing is a must. There is little clearance if you have a true 12" clearance to the center of the flange. Lastly, assuming you flange is tight to the floor (as opposed to level or below), you should use a standard size wax seal. A large or jumbo seal is too big and can partially block the drain if you can get the toilet flush with the floor that is, (been there, done that).
With the above tips in mind you should have a great looking and easy cleaning toilet that's good for the planet. As a matter of fact I've decided to get another one for my highest use toilet in the house.

good customer service
I first got the toilet from Fedex, but it was damaged. After I called customer service, I got a new one from a local delivery. The process was faster than I expected. I thought it might have taken one more week to get a new one, but it turned out it only took 2 days. I'm very impressed Faucetdirect's service. Thanks!

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
