Bowl stays clean with every flush, and every flush is a success. What more can one ask for.

no clogging!
Great low-flow toilet that doesn't plug and flushes quietly. Seems pretty self-cleaning too. Much better than the dual-flush models that we had been considering, and probably about the same in terms of water usage (1.3 gallons for all types of flushes). Am considering putting one in our other bathroom.

Great toilet with finish flaws
Talk about disappointment! A stylish black comfort height toilet in my new powder room and the installing plumber found three visible flaws in the finish, two on the base and one in the bowl. I was only looking for damage when I inspected after delivery and missed these finish issues. Black nail polish helps on the ones on the base but nothing will fix the one in the bowl. If you order custom color inspect the finish carefully before installing. Hard to believe Kohler's quality control missed these. The toilet itself is very comfortable and clears completely as promised.

good looking and efficient
Although larger than I expected for a small bathroom, once in, it looked fine. It saves water, has nice styling and the height is perfect. The price was right. I do comparitive shopping...it was worth the shipping...the savings was still there.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
