Great product for the project I had to accomplish.

Pretty good match to Pinstripe series
I bought a hand shower holder and wall elbow from the Memoirs series because Kohler doesn't seem to make them in the Pinstripe series that I used for the rest of this bathroom, and I needed something in a similar style. Memoirs was a pretty good fit. The eschutcheon plates are a little more angular than the Pinstripe series, which has more of a curve where it meets the wall. But both series have an Art Deco look about them, and they generally complement each other fairly well. Unless and until Kohler starts making Pinstripe hand shower fittings, the Memoirs fittings are a pretty good compromise. Most people walking into the bathroom probably wouldn't notice that they do not quite match.
The shower holder itself is fine. The holder uses a ball joint that allows you to move the hand shower to a variety of positions. My only complaint is that the arm turns a little too freely, so the shower head will not stay in certain positions - the weight of the shower head will cause it to fall down, If you want a wall bracket mainly as a place to store the shower head when it is not in use, this is fine; if you want to actually use the shower while it is in the wall holder, I would probably advise getting something else, perhaps one of the bar systems.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
