Ceramic Disk Broken on 3 of 4 Valves
Purchased two K-410 Valves for a bathroom remodel along with about $3K of other Kohler products through Faucet Direct. These valves appeared to come from another source other than Faucet Direct when delivered. All the rest of the order came from Faucet Direct and so far I have been very pleased. However when I received these valves, three of the four ceramic disk within the valves were shattered and basically crumbled in my hands when I inspected them. This occured on a Friday and I had no choice but to purchase four new valves from a local retailer in order to keep the project on schedule. I am planning on returning the individual valves to FD for a refund in the coming days. Overall FD has been a very good source for my renovation needs and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.
