- Ultra-Glide Valve: Kohler has created the next generation of faucet valve technology with their Ultra-Glide ceramic valve. With high quality engineered ceramic materials this valve is built to be exceedingly durable and ultra smooth. With a lifetime of leak-free performance guaranteed, the Ultra-Glide is rated for up to 4,000,000 on/off cycles beating the industry standard by eight times. Unlike standard valves the Ultra-Glide confines the water below the valve stem, keeping the majority of components dry at all times; this reduces the corrosion and deterioration that affects most valves by eliminating the most common leak paths. Additionally this valve increases the turning radius of the faucet handles, allowing for greater and more pin-point control over volume and temperature of dispensed water. - Quick Mount Installation: With Kohler’s innovative valve technologies installation is now as simple as one-two-three. Simply place the faucet handles in the desired position on the counter-top and the valve cartridge threads directly in from the bottom with a locking nut. Now all that is required is the tightening of two mounting screws. In addition to the ease of installation, this process also gives an extra-secure mounting assembly. A. Good Afternoon, This product has everything it needs to connect to American NPT standard piping. I am not aware of what is the standard for European pipes. If there is a difference, you would need an adapter and we do not carry those. Thank you

A. Kohler changed their oil rubbed bronze finish some time ago so the BRZ was the old finish that is being fazed out and the 2BZ is the current finish. They differ in the fact that the 2BZ shows more of the copper undertones wherer the lines on the units appear.

This is the same faucet I saw in specialty kitchen and bath stores only $100 cheaper! Thak you for the savings! It was easy to order and it came well packaged. It only too a few days to receive. When I buy a kitchen faucet I will order it again through you.

Easy install
I paired this faucet with the Kohler Portrait pedestal sink. The details were a great match. Instructions say the faucet escutcheon is optional, but it looks and fits better with. Instructions say to remove faucet screen to flush the system before using, but a tool is not included. All tubing and connections are solid and drip free.

better than delta
I'm so thankful that kohler makes their faucets to fit granite countertops. sounds only logical right, but I'm a remodler and Delta has started making their faucets too short to fit on regular thickness granite so you have to buy an extension. Boo on Delta; thank you Kohler for not following suit!!

This faucet set has performed driplessly since installed a few weeks ago. Its style seems timeless, fitting well with our 75 year old house and the original bathroom sinks, whose faucets these replaced. My only negative observation is that the gushing sound of the water is a bit louder than in the old faucets.

Great product, great site
This is a beautiful faucet and very well constructed. We purchased the brushed nickle finish and it's very elegant looking. We haven't used it yet because our bathroom is still under construction, but the brushed effect in the finish will diminish the look of fingerprints or spotting. We're very pleased with this product and the very efficient service from the company as well. We've used the "Direct"site for multiple products over the course of the year and have always had great service and zero problems. We'll continue to look to this site in the future.

Excellent product
This is my 3rd purchase of this particular faucet. The first 2 faucet sets were for my children's bathroom several years ago, shortly after Kohler's introduction of this design in ORB. The finish has held up well thus far from numerous cleanings and performed problem free. When I needed to replace a faucet that didn't extend far enough into the bowl on a new pedestal sink in my powder room I went with this design again. I continue to be pleased with the look, finish, perfomance, and my husband is delighted with the ease of installation.
