  • What is meant by "Less seat and supply"?

    A. The Kohler K-3837 does not include the toilet seat or the angle supply. These parts are recommended, but not required. The angle supply will be recommended when you add this item to the cart and any of the Kohler elongated toilet seats will work.

  • How high is toliet from seat to floor?

    A. The Kohler K-3837 is 16.5" from the floor to the rim of the toilet and the seat should add another 1/2 inch.

  • Is the K-3837 a quiet flush?

    A. The Kohler K-3837 is an eco-friendly toilet with a class 5 system: Class Five provides tremendous bulk waste flushing performance and best-in-class bowl cleanliness. It is not considered one of their very quiet models, but it will not be extremely loud. Thank you for the question.

  • Review above says toilet sits 2 1/2" off the wall when installed following the specifications from Kohler. Is that true, or just the plumbers mistake? Can this be installed close to the wall?

    A. Installed on a 12" rough, The Kohler K-3837 tank should sit 1-1/4" from the wall.
