- SilentShield®: A sound-absorption system found in many Kohler sinks that significantly reduces the noise from clanging dishes and silverware, as well as undesirable noise caused by running water and disposals.
- Smart Divide: The basin divider is set to a lower height than perimeter of the sink; you gain the convenience of a single basin sink completely filled, without losing the functionality of a double basin sink. The lower divider also gives more room for working with larger pots and pans providing more access for filling and cleaning.

A great transaction
I ordered this sink and it was shipped and arrived FAST.However it got a small ding in it during shipping. I had to send it back. Faucet direct were absolutly wonderful in taking my calls and emails with all my questions and returning it with a prepaid label was simple. I was scared at first to make this purchase but now trust and recommend them. I regret not having the time to order a new one as this sink is LARGE, nice and very modern and sleek. Thank you Faucet Direct!

Beautiful sink
I purchased the K3820-4 double SS sink. Despite of a comment I read about the template, mine had a template included. I previously had a Kohler cast iron ceramic sink and it only required a few corner cuts. This sink was deeper than my old 8" depth sink so some plumbing was required. It makes my kitchen look so beautiful. It scratches easily, as does most SS, so I really need a sink basin rack. I give this sink a 5 Star.
Also, my first delivery came with a bent corner. FaucetDirect had another sink out to me in less than 1 week. Great service!!!

This sink was very easy to install, loved the fasteners. Took about 15 minutes to install to counter. Love the look, very clean.

Beautiful Sink but beware
Faucet Direct - Excellent products, prices, and service.
Sink - Beautiful sink, excellent lines and quality. Bought this sink to replace an existing Kohler cast iron 33x22 sink. Nowhere can you find the cutout dimensions, not even at the Kohler web site. We thought that because it was the same size as the existing sink it would just drop in, Wrong. What should have been a 4 hour project turned in to a 2 day project as I had to cut out 1" more of counter top all the way around (solid surface so not simple). The fastening system is terrible, who ever engineered this should be cleaning toilets. Once installed it is absolutely beautiful. FYI the cutout for drop in self-rimming is 32 1/2 x 21 1/2 and for undercounter install it is 30 1/4 x 16 9/16.
