Noisy, hard to fill
I have the finial series in my master bath. Buying the tissue holder was a mistake. It is very hard to get a new roll of tissue on it. It also is very noisy in use. Very strange. I don;t know what engineer thought up this type of design, but it is very poor. You can easily subsitute another tissue and towel holders (much less expensive) fromother brands that look almost like the finial design. That's what I ended up doing.

High Quality But Squeaky, Noisy
I used this product in three bathrooms in my home, in Finial Traditional Series, French Gold, and found it to be of high quality, but terribly squeaky. It is the same result on all three Tissue Holders... noisy and squeaky as paper is pulled from the toilet paper roll when loaded on the holder. I expected that it would be totally quiet. Not so!
