When you order professional installation services from the DIFY Network, the procedures included with purchase are full circle.
Your service provider will:
Unpack new toilet. Shut off the water supply to the toilet being replaced. Drain, disconnect, and remove the existing toilet. Assemble a two (2) piece toilet if necessary. Clean the surface area where the new toilet is to be installed. Provide and install new wax ring, mounting bolts. Install toilet to the original toilet location. Mount, secure, connect, and seal the new toilet. Test the toilet for leaks and ensure that is functions properly. Clean up and haul away the old toilet and any excess installation related material

Are there instructions for how to replace the trip lever / Push button flush actuator?
A. Instructions of how to install the push button flush actuator (trip lever) can be found on the K-9384. The K-9384 is the replacement actuator available in the other finishes Kohler has to offer. While you may not be using the actual K-9384 if replacing/re-installing the K-3588 Escale toilets included actuator, the installation sheet is the same for either part.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
