Is there a kohler toilet that is a higher style but is not elogated

What is the difference between the right and left flush lever? If you have a left flush not can you use the right flush without a problem?
A. The Kohler K-3578-RA is designed with the interior mechanisms to accommodate a right hand lever. The stems and extensions that operate the flush are designed to be either left or right. Also, the shape of the flush handle itself is determined by the handing. They are not interchangeable.
