Good trim to match
Nice trim for the sake of matching other Koehler products -- good finished look

Not needed
The slide bar comes with a trim kit. I spent $30 for one to match my faucets. Now I have an extra set for whatever. Waste of money.

Awsome customer service!
I needed these fast for a project already in progress. We are using a color that Kohler doesn't stock in their warehouses, but FacetDirect had it.
I called because we needed it quickly, and your customer service rep let me know that since the warehouse closest to me had it in stock so no need to do 2 day shipping. Regular shipping got it to us in 2 days!

Nice to Have
The trim kit provides a nice finishing touch. Plus the escutcheons are necessary when installing a hand shower bar.
