When you order professional installation services from the DIFY Network, the procedures included with purchase are full circle.
Your service provider will:
Unpack new toilet. Shut off the water supply to the toilet being replaced. Drain, disconnect, and remove the existing toilet. Assemble a two (2) piece toilet if necessary. Clean the surface area where the new toilet is to be installed. Provide and install new wax ring, mounting bolts. Install toilet to the original toilet location. Mount, secure, connect, and seal the new toilet. Test the toilet for leaks and ensure that is functions properly. Clean up and haul away the old toilet and any excess installation related material

A. Thank you for your question. A comfort height toilet is one that is just a little bit higher than a regular toilet. (An average residential toilet is between 14" and 16" tall). The height of a comfort height seat can be found anywhere between 17" and 19" high and serves to ease accessibility.

A. The Kohler French Curve is a style of toilet seat that is included with the K-3467. It's a typical toilet seat that has a stylized, beveled shape to fit the style of the San Raphael. The toilet has a bowl height of 15" and an overall height of 23.5".
How is this different from the Rialto?
A. Thank you for your question. The Raphael has bowl height 15", depth 25.88", overall height 23.5", width of 15". The Rialto has a bowl height of 14.88", depth 25.25", width of 21.13". Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
