Great Customer Service
I am renovating 5 bathrooms so I was hoping to get a discount from my plumber who said he would give me the best price possible on all of the (many) items I needed for the bathrooms. When his price came in over list price, I turned to the internet, which I originally was reluctant to do because I had had a negative experience before with a different online plumbing supply company. I called FaucetDirect.com directly and spoke with their Customer Service Dept. to get a feel for the integrity of the company. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about their products and assured me that if there was any problem with the products or transaction, they would fix the problem. All of the items I ordered arrived safely, quickly and I'm very pleased with everything. I particularly like that I didn't pay over list price. I would recommend Faucet Direct highly.
