Faucet Direct is GREAT!!!
Renovating two bathrooms, we purchased items from several on-line companies so we have a basis for comparison. Luckily for us we purchased most of the items from Faucet Direct because they have been the best to work with.
Every person that I spoke to at Faucet Direct was extremely courteous and helpful. They ALWAYS followed up on something when they said they would, Their shipments were very fast and their prices are great! Due to an error in measurement on our part, we had to return a sink. They took care of the return and quickly shipped a new sink out to us. In the future, Faucet Direct and their related companies are the only ones we will buy from. We highly recommend them!!!
