The technical specs indicate the depth of the bowl is 4". Is this the measurment from the top of the rim to the stopper? Please clairify.
A. The Kohler K-2196-4 water depth is 4". How much water will fit in the bowl from stopper to overflow. You'll get an addition 2 inches in the bowl past the overflow approx. The overall height is 8.50. Thank you for your question.

Nice Sinks!
Took a chance by ordering new sinks on line for our new bathroom-"sight unseen"! Would definetly do it again as the pictures, dimensions etc where right on and the free delivery only took a few days. Being shipped/packed in the original Kohler boxes provided no cracks, scratches, etc. Very pleased with the whole shopping expierence at FaucetsDirect.com....thanks for the safe delivery of our beautifull sinks!
