Great Buy
I love my soap dispenser and should have replaced it sooner. I had been looking for a replacement for the one I had in local home improvement stores. The prices varied from $25.00 to $35.00. This by far was a better purchase. The weight of it is substantial compared to the one I had. The one I had felt like plastic by comparison. It also looks great. Gave my sink an expensive and elegant look. I have a kohler faucet in the same finish and it matches perfectly. The sink dispenser that was installed by the builder was flimsy and I suspect a cheap replacement to the one that was supposed to accompany my faucet. Kohler doesn't even make one like the one they gave me. Anyways this was definitely worth the money. The quality and look are there for the price. Shipment arrived as scheduled.

Great buy!
Good looking and very nice product. Nice and heavy, you can tell it will last a long time, especially after having a run of the mill dispenser for 8 years. Money well spent!

Great product!
I tried several, and when I mean several, I mean at least six of the "cheaper" dispensers that I purchased at my local H.D. and they all stopped working after a week or two. The Kohler is 30 days in and still going strong. Needless to say, lesson learned.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
