Beautiful faucet
This is a heavy brass faucet which matches the faucets in our jetted tub and shower. All were purchased from Faucet Direct and all are very high quality. They were shipped fast and no problems at all with our order.

Good news and bad news
The service provided by Faucet Direct was excellent in terms of processing my order and delivering it promptly. The Kohler faucet is great, includes a metal pop-up drain, and works adequately.
The Faucet Direct web site displays a link to watch a movie associated with this product. The movie has nothing to do with the product and provides mis-leading information suggesting that the product comes with water supply tubes and a simple installation method. These movie features do not apply to the product and do not come with the product. This led to an incorrect product choice initially which Faucet Direct promptly corrected. But despite telling them about the movie, it still appears on the web site associated with the product.
Lastly, the faucet, as received, does not aerate well. There was splattering of water around and out of the vanity bowl. Kohler offered to send replacement aerators which are backordered and have not yet been received. I was able to drastically improve the aeration or softness of the water stream buy purchasing a Neoperl brand replacement (bar code numbers 0 08359 10082 2). The $5 part fits directly into the existing aerator shell and the faucet now flows a soft stream of water with no splattering.
