k-12176 leaks again
I have had this faucet for a few years and it does not
meet my expectations of Kohler products. It continues to leak at the base and around the stem.
I have rebuilt it 3 times and it lasts about a year.
Consider something else.
I have been in the home improvement business and am quite supprised at this situation in MY home.

The one complaint that I have about this product is that is sprays at an angle instead of straight down - not a big problem though.

We love this brass finish Kohler faucet. It looks beautiful in our newly remodeled kitchen and it performs flawlessly.

Hand sprayer issues--ditto
We have had the same problem with the faucet not working after you use the hand sprayer. This is the second time in about two years we have had to order another diverter assembly. It is a nice looking faucet. But the aesthetics are not worth the hassle and expense of replacing the diverter assembly every year. Too bad Kohler could not figure out a way to engineer a product that worked as well as it looks. We're going to replace the faucet this time. Tired of the drill of replacing the diverter.

Cute But Not Good
This is a really cute faucet but does not work well.
Mine leaked too but it also whistles when the water is turned up high. Sometimes after I use the sprayer, the water won't come out of the faucet. I have to keep pressing the sprayer to get the valve to open up for the faucet to come on.

water leaking
I had the same problem after 2 years. I now have to replace the part. The water started leaking during the night and if it weren't for my dog waking me up I could have had a major flood! I am just going to replace the facet. It seems to me it will cost less money!

Worst Purchase
After a year water pours out of crevice where the handle fits on the shaft. The factory sent the handle part and it lasted about a year. It is now leaking again. Plan on calling once a year and order the handle assembly.
