Substantial
That's the best word for this tissue holder. The springs don't come loose and the ring doesn't swing back and forth. I have one in each of my bathrooms.

We ordered the Fairfax series in polished chrome. Everything has been installed for about a month now and looks beautiful. Fast shipping and actually just ordered more stuff from faucet direct for the kitchen.
