I don't want the faucet on the same side as the center drain. Does the K-1148 (72" x 42") come "pre-drilled" for faucets, or does it come "non-drilled" for faucets?

I plan on making a large amount of purchases this week for my new home construction. Is there any reason why this tub will not work with the tub faucet and hand held shower I plan on buying (D314766BN).
