  • Do you carry a right and left Kohler K11377 towel ring? I want to put towel rings on opposite walls but I want the towel rings going in the same direction.

    A. The ring part of the Kohler K-11377 swings up as well as down. When you install, you can swing it around and mount the ring the opposite way.

  • Maybe I am missing something but the height measurement says: 2-1/2"? Is this referring to the part that attaches to the wall?

    A. Yes, the Kohler K-11377 diameter of the escutcheon on the wall is 2-1/2 inches and it protrudes from the wall 2-3/4 of an inch.

  • Can I mount the ring on the side of my new bathroom cabinets? The side wall is one inch thick. How long are the screws?

    A. Yes you can. The screws are 1-1/2" but you can buy shorter screws that will work from your local hardware store.

Pretty and Solid I bought all new Forte products for a bathroom I constructed in my basement. All of the Kohler Forte products are high quality. This towel ring does not swing, so just realize that it's stationary. I personally think that this helps keep the bathroom looking tidy. April 19, 2011

Beautiful towel ring I purchased two of these in brushed nickel for our remodeled master bath. I noted that a few peole felt it was too large, but it seems just the right size for a hand towel with a washcloth over it. The shape is really quite elegant and looks great with the Forte line faucets. One of the towel rings was loose at the set screw that holds the loop to the part that attaches, but rather than have it replaced, my installer epoxed it and it is nice and sturdy now, it was an easy fix. Luxury Bathroom This line of Products (Kohler Forte Series) belongs in a bath that you want to exude luxury. These accessories are superbly manufactured, and install easily. Of course, they should given the cost. But, if you want luxury products that perform, Kohler Forte will not disappoint you. December 27, 2010
No hinge Great, solid piece. Looks great. Unfortunatley it is all one solid piece. The loop doesn't have a hinge to allow it to swing back and forth. Not a biggie, though. November 11, 2010
VERY large The towel ring itself is of good quality, but it is exceedingly large. I would only recommend for a large bathroom with a great deal of wall space. I ended up returning because it took up the entire wall where I wanted to hang the hand towel. October 18, 2010
Elegant This matches our faucet and is very elegant. I love the brushed bronze, since we don't want to pay to replace our brass shower enclosure. The brushed bronze looks very modern and rich makes it all work, especially with the other accessories we've added. February 26, 2010

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty

Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.

Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.

In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
