  • Can you use deck mount faucets on this tub? What do you suggest for this tub besides what is on the recommended list. We want a more modern look, not the telephone look.

    A. Kohler K-11344 is a free standing tub and would require a ceiling mounted faucet or a free standing. If you wanted a deck mount you would have to fabricate a deck around the tub.

  • Is the drain included with the bath tub?

    A. The drain is not included with the tub but it can be ordered separately as Kohler K-7219.

  • What is the drain rough in measurement from center of the tub drain?

    A. The Kohler K-11344 Escale 6 foot free standing tub has an 18" measurement from the center of the tub drain. You can also check the specification sheet under the image of the tub on our website.

  • is there any air or hydro therapy that works with this tub?

    A. You might consider the K-11343-G for the air therapy equivalent of this soaker tub.

  • Would a wall mounted tub spout work on this tub provided the tub was situated close to the wall and the tub spout is long enough to reach into the tub?

    A. The Kohler K-11344 can accommodate a wall mounted filler, but mind that you would need a very long reach as this is a free standing tub and you have adequate room. It is recommended to use a ceiling mount filler or a free standing faucet with support brackets.

  • I am wondering where you would put a soap dish? Would the center drain become flush when the tub is in use?

    A. The Kohler K-11344 has a stopper that will be flush with the bottom when closed. The soap dish can be stuck to the wall of the tub, but no hardware should be used for installation.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty

Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.

Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.

In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
