Specifications state, "This product is designed for drop-in installation only. It is not suited for use in a three-wall alcove with an overhead shower." I am replacing the existing three-wall alcove bathtub (with apron front) and would like a drop in style. Is there any reason you cannot use the K-1122 in a three-wall alcove with an overhead showerhead?
