How do you operate the body sprays. Do they automatically come on when you turn the water on? Can they be turned on and off seperate?
A. The Kohler K-10856-4 body sprays are activated when the water is diverted from the main shower head using the diverter handle. You can set the diverter to send water straight to the body sprays or turn it to direct water to another outlet.

I only have hot water coming from shower is it possible that I require a new catridge or would it be something else ?

Can additional body spray jets be installed & purchased individually?
A. The Kohler K-10856-4 can accommodate the Kohler K-8003 body spray if you wish for more. Please note, though, that each body spray will have about a 2 gallon per minute flow rate and too many installed can weaken water pressure. Thanks!

Can you operate body sprayers, handshower, and showerhead simultaneously?
A. The Kohler K-10856-4 can work all at the same time if the system is set up that way. Each of the individual systems though can use up to 2 gallons of water per min. This will drastically reduce your water pressure for the system.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
