Would a booster pump be necessary in an urban installation?
A. Thank you for your question. A booster pump can be uses in any situation where you would like more water pressure going to a particular water feature. You may want to have a plumber check your water pressure so that you know what you are working with.

A. The Kohler K-10855-4 has the ability to use two functions at the same time, however at less pressure. There are large and small lines on the diverter. When you have it on the large ones, water comes to one item only. When you have it on the smaller one, it is shared to two items.

The answers below did not exactly answer the questions about which spray functions could be used simultaneously. The question is: Can you run all sprays at once or can you run one of the two main sprays (handheld or big spray) with the body sprays?

So disappointed
Terrible system:
1. Shower head - Spray is only around outside (unless you change it for other kinds of spray) You can literally put your hand up to the shower head and it will not get wet.
2. Hand held shower head: Way too heavy and the worst is, it is smooth, so when wet, you can't hold it. It slides out your hand. Needs some ridges.
I have had the system 1 year and I hate getting in the shower. I am looking to replace the shower head to one that has a lot of jets all over.
Don't buy it, you'll regreat it. Too expensive for the return.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
