Beautiful and functional
I bought this in chrome since I am not convinced some of the finishes aren't fads. Looks wonderful with my new vanity/quartz top and hardwood floors. Very happy with this choice.

Nice look, very substantial
The faucet is a little larger than I was wanting, but it's very nice looking. It includes supply hoses, and was simple to install. The hoses can kink if they get twisted as you tighten the compression nuts, though. Also, it includes a very long nut for tightening to the sink, which makes it easier to reach the nut if you are installing the faucet with the sink in place.
Drawback: the long nut interferes with the rod that operates the sink stopper unless you are very careful to allign everything just so.

Good Purchase
This faucet very closely replaces the faucet my 1940s sink had. I wish that the handles faced forward rather than up. My old faucet had the handles facing forward and I prefer that look.

Love the Bancroft faucet
Love the faucet. Quality and style is outstanding.
My only disapointment is that the handles are 'Up" for off and "Down" for on. Wish is was the opposite. No way of switching the design unless you want your hot and cold backwards. I don't, so I'll have to live w/ Up is Off. No biggie. I just love the Bancroft collection.

Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.
Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
