    • I already have the forte shower head and faucet. I am looking for a separate hand held. How does this one turn on and off?

      A. Thank you for your question. The Kohler K-10286 and the K-10298 are seperate hand showers from the Forte collection. The K-10343 is activated by diverting the water from the main shower head to the hand shower via a transfer valve.

    • Im looking to buy the k-10343 & when I first click on this product it shows the hose & handshower together but says that the required hose is an additional item, where can I find it?

      A. The hose for the Kohler K-10343 handshower is not included; once you pick your finish for the handshower & add it to your cart you will be taken to the next page where you can add the hose & match finishes.

    • Which of the Kohler handshowers can be deck mounted for the tub?

      A. First you will need the K-10573 as well as the hose K-9514. You can choose any of the Kohler hand shower's that have a 1/2" connection, to fit onto the deck mount. For instance the K-10597.

    • Can I attach my existing moen handshower hose to this handshower?

      A. The Kohler K-10343 has a threaded connection that attaches to the 1/2" hose.

    Kohler hand held shower Matches my Forte collection shower head very well I think. Works wonderfully and is excellent quality. Used an Alsons 3- way diverter 4920 C PK to mount it since the shower was small. This diverter allows both the shower head and hand held to be used simultaneously if desired, or each system can be used separately. Perfect solution!!! August 20, 2011

    Kohler Lifetime Limited Warranty

    Kohler Co. warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her home.* If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Kohler will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition.

    Kohler also warrants all other aspects of the faucet, except gold finish, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns his/her own home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Kohler Co. will (at its election) repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.

    Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other consequential costs.

    In no event shall the responsibility of Kohler exceed the purchase price of the faucet.
