A. The Kichler 300103 can be controlled using the Kichler 337001 hand held remote. You can find the 24" downrod as Kichler 360002.

Good fan
Very happy with fan. Got it for our small kitchen. Hubbie installed it with no problems. And it's a powerful little fan for a small area. Would definitely buy it again. Did quite a bit of research before buying, and I'm glad I did.

Kichler Outdoor Fan
We haven't installed the fan yet but based on what we've seen after unpacking it, it is going to fit our needs perfectly. It appears to be very heavy and well made. We purchased it for our outdoor screened porch which is small. I didn't want a large fan that everyone would feel like they had to duck from.

Great Value!
I ordered 2 of these fans to place in an enclosed porch. These are attractive fans that are easy to install and they really move the air around. I've received several compliments since installing them.

A little powerhouse
I bought this fan for two reasons: the heat in the summer, and the flies on our small porch when we eat. This fan lowers the temperature about 10 degrees and keeps away the flies! I should have gotten it years ago! I couldn't be more pleased, and it looks good too!

Wonderful!
Bought two for screened porch. Very satisfied! Don't be fooled by size...these fans move more air than the 54" ones in our house. Excellent quality.

Great little fan
I put this fan on my screen porch & covered patio. It is attractive, solid construction and gives a nice breeze. It isn't noisy and doesn't wobble. The price was great.

Super Little Fan
Perfect fan for smaller room. We installed the adobe cream for guest bathroom remodel. The fan has unbelievable air flow for such a small fan even on low setting. It provides more air circulation than some of our larger fans. We plan on ordering another one for the half bath.

good choice
We purchased this fan to install in our bathroom. It is perfect for that which we looking. After a 4 mi. jaunt, coming in to shower and get ready to leave with limited time to spare... having an overhead fan in the bathroom is just what I needed to make myself cooler for makeup application and dressing.

find the gasket
It's a nice-looking fan, operates absolutely silently even at top speed, and is excellent at keeping my bathroom dry. The blades appear to be a shiny plastic laminate woodgrain, which means they are easy to clean. There is a reference in the installation instructions to a gasket that is not on the parts list and was not included in the package. The handyman who installed the fan for me pursued this gasket issue with the very helpful Lighting Direct customer service representative, who in turn contacted the manufacturer, who responded after a few days that the gasket was not necessary and had been discontinued. My handyman wound up going to the hardware store and getting some gasket material himself to make a gasket for the fan.

Aside from the exceptions noted below, Seller warrants the Products it provides will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 (one) year following the date of shipment.
The exceptions are: The exterior finish on LifeBrite outdoor lanterns, which have lifetime warranties for as long as the original purchaser owns it. Energy Star® prodcuts have a two year warrenty. There are no warranties on light bulbs. There are no warranties on the finish on outdoor polished brass products. The Design Pro Series™ LED Cabinet Light models; # 12301BRZ, 12301NI, 12301WH,12303BRZ, 12303NI, 12303WH, 12305BRZ, 12305NI, and 12305WH will be warranted for normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns it.
Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.
If any of the warranted Products are found by Seller to be defective, such Products will, at Seller’s option, be replaced or repaired at Seller’s cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against the Seller shall be for the repair or replacement of defective Products as provided herein, or, at Seller’s sole option, Seller may refund the purchase price of the Products to the original credit card.
This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced Product. Seller’s warranty does not apply to any Products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, improper packaging of products returned to Kichler, modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair.
At Seller’s request, Buyer will send F.O.B. destination any allegedly defective parts or Products to the plant designated by Seller.
This warranty is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation of Seller, by words or action, other than as set forth herein shall constitute a warranty.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT.
