We will display the required unit after you have chosen the particular finish you desire so that you may complete this unit.   • We want to get the HC1100 in sink erator and we wanted to know what the colour code for the white finish is? The kitchen taps we are using are Vola, white or RAL 9010. Do you know what type of white the HC1100 is?

    A. The InSinkErator F-HC1100 is White. They do not give us a grade of white nor have I seen the other items you have listed to describe the "whiteness" of the insinkerator in relation to the other items.

  • Can we hook up RO water to the cold water inlet and hot water from the InSinkErator Insta Hot water heater. The Insta Hot is also fed by the RO water system.

    A. The InSinkErator F-HC1100 is brass constructed and we don't recommend hooking it up to a RO system because the water is to aggressive and would damage the tubes and hinder the performance. Whereas a RO system faucets are made of plastic.

  • What finish most closely matches a Delta faucet Brilliance Stainless? I purchased the brushed chrome finish, and that appears too light.

    A. The InSinkErator F-HC1100's closest matching finishes to Brilliance stainless would be either the satin nickel or brushed chrome. Unfortunately, there are no other finishes for this product that closely resemble the Brilliance Stainless one offered by Delta.

Sticky faucet issue I bought this unit to replace one that I had purchased six or seven years ago. That one worked well until the warranty had expired and then it started sticking in the open position. The maintenance instruction said this could not be fixed and from the info in some user chat room, I tried taking the innerds apart, but was unsucessful. I didn't have the time to fool with it anymore, so I bit the bullet and spent the big bucks on a replacement. I wasn't happy about having to do this for an item that should have been easy to clean and fix. December 25, 2010

Hot Water Dispenser Double Handle I received the Double Handle in fairly short time. The instalation instructions were clear. The handle was quite easy to install and it feels and works better than the one it replaced, though that one was a quite famous brand. While the prices for most products in this source appear a bit high, I recommend FaucetDirect without any reservations for quality-minded consumers. November 8, 2009
