Product Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work It didn't work right out of the package. When I opened the package I immeditely had doubts. The knob turned freely, without detents or stops. It could be twirled endlessly. That certainly didn't seem right, but I really couldn't test it without installing it. Predictably, the fan did not move. (Yes, I had the fan speed set on "high.") I removed the switch and reinstalled the simple on-off switch I had been using. The fan works fine again. Of course it doesn't matter in my case, but the knob also doesn't fit tightly on the post. I would have had to jury rig something to keep it in place or it would have fallen off every few times it was used. My Hunter fan works perfectly, so I was very disappointed to get a bum switch. Given it's low price, it's probably too much trouble to try to get a replacement.
