Tarnished performance
This Soap dispenser is noted as metal however it is revealed to be painted plastic. Greenish spots have replaced the missing s/s finish at the base and on the under side of the spout. The internal pump mechanism is stuck in the counter top with the top of the plastic pump remaining in the exterior painted plastic pump.
The accompanying faucet is Hansgrohe, looks and performs beautifully and appears to be constructed to a MUCH higher standard.

It's just ok
It looks good with the faucet. I LOVE that it fills from the top!
The plumber told me to add water so it won't clog. The pump is too close to the counter top (sits low) and it turns, it doesn't stay put which I find mildly annoying.
