2 Questions from the Community

  • If combined with Axor Citterio 39711 and ibox, is the line complete for a shower installation with head shower and handshower? Or do I need another part to turn on/off shower head?

    A. Carmen, No these items alone will not work to make the shower work. You will need a volume control for the shower, then the 39711 will control the water temperature. The 39882 will only transfer the water from the main shower to the handheld. I would be more than happy to help you put this system together. Please let me know.

  • Is it possible to apply this 39882 as a wall elbow for a handheld bidet spray? If possible, what type of hasngrohe hoses and handheld bidet heads are avaiable to complete this system?

    A. The Hansgrohe 39882 is not able to be used for a hand held bidet.
