Is the body of this model made from plastic, or metal?

the 04072 and 28548 seem to be very similar except for the air technology. How do I determine which is "better"?
A. Besides the air technology, both of these shower heads are almost identical. Other differences just being spray nozzles and spray patterns. The "air technology" just makes the water in the shower feel more like "natural water", like rain.

How long is the hose that comes with it and does the adjutable shower arm come with it?
