  • Is this product the same as Hansgrohe A8 4 jet shower head? We saw it in a store but would prefer to order from you. Also, does this item need a shower arm? Please inform us about matching bathtub spouts. Are these fixtures guarenteed for life? Thank you.

    A. Yes they are the same product and can be mounted on any standard 1/2" shower arm.

  • Where do I find the shower arm to go with this? What control do you recommend? What handheld sprayer will work with this?

    A. I will depend on the length you want for the shower arm, I would start with the Hansgrohe 27411. There is a handshower from the same collection as the shower head you chose, the Hansgrohe 28547. You can use any of the Hansgrohe trim and rough in valve's with these items.
