A. The Hansgrohe 27457 has AIR-Injected technology. AirPower infuses each drop of water with air, delivering an invigorating high-performance shower. All Raindance products feature air-injection technology with three unique spray modes: Rain AIR, Balance AIR and Whirl AIR.

what else do I need to purchase to have this installed?
A. If you're looking to replace your shower only, then the 27 457 comes with everything you'll need. If you have a new application, you'll need a pressure balanced valve to be able to turn on and off the water as well as select a temperature. I hope this helps!

Easy to use!!
The rain setting on this shower head has nice pressure (not too light) and covers a large surface area, good for everyday showering. The massage is firm but not pounding. I love this shower head.
