    A. The Hansgrohe 27454 should attach to any 1/2" hose. Kohler should be just fine.

Plastic yes, but good The cover is plastic but it has a very tough high quality finish. I have installed this item in my shower ten years ago and it is still in good condition. That is not a typo. Its been in use for ten years! From my experience anything Hansgrohe makes is quality and not overpriced. September 9, 2011
Good Agree with the reviews. No other option but to purchase this elbow. It is plastic and you can't really tell unless you tap on it. Why don't they make this in metal????? I still recommend it. October 10, 2010
quality is disapointing I am happy with my Hansgrohe shower, but the wall piece and some of the pieces on my shower bar are disapointing. They are cheaply made and are plastic. Fortunately, when it is all installed, it is difficult to tell that it is plastic unless you are tapping on it regularly. May 5, 2010
