  • Does this shower system have one or two handles to control the water flow? I have the same question on the Raindance Triple Handle Shower system #27160.

    A. The Hansgrohe 27192 has one handle to control temperature the other handle is a volume control and diverter. Same with the 27160.

  • Can shower head and hand shower be used simultaneously?

    A. The Hansgrohe 27192 can be plumbed, with the right valve, so that you could use the handshower and shower head at the same time.

  • In answer to a previous question about simultaneaous use of the shower head and hand shower, the answer was affirmative "with the right valve." What is "the right valve?" Also, does the right valve ensure full water pressure simultaneously to each shower head?

    A. The Hansgrohe 27192 actually comes with the correct valve trim to have both on simultaneaously. The only additional part that is required is the 01850. This valve is 3/4 inches and will allow full pressure for each function. I hope this helps!
