does the water for the shower head run through the exposed shower pipe or does it run through concealed piping in the wall?

Do you have to order a separate valve, or is everything you need included here?

The 27160 includes a bigger rain shower head and also includes the rough in valve required.

You cant use a tub spout with this shower system. If a tub spout is wanted check out model 27146.
