Non-Diverter Tub Spout From the E Collection

Sleeeek
Nice and heavy and substantial. I love, love, love this tub spout! This was my problem: 2 weeks after installation, found that this spout was leaking major water behind the walls. Plumber came and said "that the spout was defective" and I had to rip it out and replace with a cheapy one from the local hardware store. The cheapy one is working and no leak. I'm not sure if this spout was defective or the plumber installed the wrong pipes to accomodate the required PSI???? Maybe others will have better luck but I still rate this product a 5 star because it is BEAUTIFUL and well made.

This is a finely finished very heavy metal tub spout.
What could be wrong.

Nice, But Too Big
This tub spout looks very nice. However, I planned on putting it into a tub with shower in my 1980's house, with only average size baths. This spout sticks out into the tub too much- you almost hit it when you're standing under the shower head. I had to return it & get a shorter Kohler tub spout.
