Not as pictured
I needed to buy this unit to replace one that broke after only 2 1/2 years and it doesn't match exactly the one I bought. The one pictured is the one I had, but the one sent is apparently updated. But, even though they obviously have a lot of trouble with the last design, this one looks like it is going to be just as much trouble..... The whole thing is pretty cheap. Its all plastic, and its impossible to just buy the parts.

doesn't hold up
Hose gave out within 4-5 months. I'm having to buy another because the plastic holder has broken after just 2 years, and we take good care of our stuff. My only alternative would be to retile or find another one that fits exactly.

Backorder blues
The original handshower was on backorder for six weeks. Finally, a very helpful Customer Service associate recommended a slightly different model that was in stock. It arrived within seven days. Unfortunately, my plumber has had experience with the slide bar height adjustment device losing it's locking ability over time. So far, I like mine very much.
