Transitional Deck Mounted Liquid Soap Dispenser from the E Collection

Very disappointed
When we remodeled our kitchen two years ago and put in a Hansgrohe faucet we naturally installed this suggested soap dispenser. It performed okay for the first year but it was always messing up the counter edge because the reach of the spout is short. Then several months ago the pump vacuum was no longer effective and it took at least 20 pumps to get the soap to come out. We have now replaced it with an off-brand, long-spout dispenser and are much more pleased with this one. You barely tap the pump and more than enough soap comes out.

Nice Look; Adequate Function
From a design perspective, the soap dispenser fits in well with the rest of the kitchen. But considering it from a functional perspective, I am not in love. It has relatively weak pressure so the soap barely gets into pots and pans that I place under it. Some ends up on the countertop instead.

Nice quality product
This was easy to install in my new kitchen top and is a nice, solid quality item. More expensive that what I could find in the local hardware store, but I expect to get many more years use out of it.

Satisfied purchaser
This soap dispenser is perfect. Small presentation above the counter but a large soap container underneath. The pump dispenses with ease and does not"spit" soap and water. If you use a quality brand of soap, then diluting it with water works great as the thinner product dispenses easier and saves on soap as well. The spout does not reach into the sink, but it is not supposed to. It is a soap dispenser for the kitchen where the product is dispensed onto a sponge or dishcloth; it is not like the commercial HAND washing soap dispensers we see at public restrooms.

Great Faucet
I purchased this faucet following an extensive on-line comparison of faucets with the specific characteristics I was looking for, and also based on the reviews on your web site. I agree with the other reviews I read. It is a beautiful faucet, that operates extremely smoothly. I takes a bit to get used to the operation, as it's different from traditional single lever (on the top) faucets, but i love it. The sprayer pulls out and retracts smoothly as well. It is a tall faucet, so make sure you measure before you buy. Shipping was quick and flawless.

spout too short
I have this installed at my kitchen sink near the Interaktiv faucet. The dispenser looks nice but the spout is too short causing the squirt of detergent to barely make it into the sink. Mounted in a granite countertop, it couldn't be safetly installed any closer to the edge of the sink. I would recommend finding a dispenser with a longer spout.

Quality
I purchased the soap dispenser to go with the Hansgrohe faucet and glad I did. It matches nicely and it is the most solid soap dispenser I've seen and works really well. Good choice!
