    A. The 04266 hand shower will require a supply elbow or hand shower diverter to complete installation. You could use an elbow such as the 27458 elbow.

  • Please tell me the rough in valve part number that is needed for this part.

    A. The Hansgrohe 04266 is a handshower attachment, so it will need a supply elbow or a diverter for installation. The 27458 Wall supply elbow would work for instance.

  • does this product have a built in anti ziphon device?

    A. The Hansgrohe 04266 does not have a anti siphon device. Hansgrohe does make a vacuum breaker for their handshowers 06510

  • Is there a soap holder and/or other accessories that can be installed on wallbar?

    A. The Hansgrohe 04266 24" Unica S Wall Bar can have two different soap dishes installed; you can choose from either the Hansgrohe 28679 which is a Single Soap Dish, or the Hansgrohe 28675 which is a Double Soap Dish set.

Beware-Critical parts are PLASTIC! The styling is beautiful, but nowhere is it indicated that what looks like metal is actually plastic. Also, to adjust the angle of the shower head you can only turn in one direction or you will break the rachet! You would need to give careful instructions to all guests. I don't expect it to last very long. Poor choice. Be warned-other Hansgrohe products are also made of plastic instead of metal. May 13, 2011
Awesome Awesome hand-shower- It's BIG! Got some "plastic" parts but I've come to realize and accept that ALL shower fixtures got some plastic parts-- for me, Hansgrohe "plastic" is at least "nice looking plastic" vs. other brands. October 10, 2010
