  • I had a valve like this installed in a new shower. The man who installed it has left and I find the water is only luke warm. Is there a way to adjust it to get hotter water?

    A. It could be a bad mixing valve a faulty cartridge or even your water heater itself.

    A. The Hansgrohe 01850 will not work for this trim. You will need the Hansgrohe 06623. It is available as a special order and will take approximately the same lead time as the trim. 3 weeks.
