Is there any way to clean the shower head?
A. The best way to clean out your shower head is to remove the head & place it into a small dish of white vinegar. Let it soak for about 15-20 minutes then try brushing it with an old toothbrush or something similar. If necessary soak it again.

Very nice shower head
I purchased this as a replacement for my delta (which I was happy with) and I love it! The spray is full and not as noisy as the Delta. I bought this also for the spray options because I thought my husband would use them but we seldom use anything other than the full spray. Chrome has stayed nice with no water marks. Very happy!

Just what I wanted
I had a difficult time choosing the plumbing fixtures I had put into our new tiled shower. I am really glad I finally decided on this Grohe fixture, after having seen many at large home improvment stores, and reading many ratings. I ended up buying this showerhead, the Grohe 28 401 wall mounted hand shower holder that gives it movement, and the Grohe 28 417 shower hose, connected to the wall by the 28 459 wall supply elbow. That is all that is needed for a great shower that has many settings so you will find a few you like, and a shower head that can move in virutally any direction you need it to. It also looks attractive in the brushed nickel finish. We have used it for a couple of months now without any problems, quality seems very good despite fact that some of the parts have some plastic in them. This does not detract from funtionality in this Grohe set-up. The showerhead itself is more expensive than many, but I feel like in this case you get what you pay for!

Clean looking faucet
This faucet replaces one that had been leaking. My plumber recommended it and it is great. It is oversized and sits adjoining a large Jacuzzi bathtub and looks and works well.

I love this hand shower!
If you like a lot of showering choices in your hand shower, this is THE one to get. I like a very strong shower, and the MASSAGE setting is the best I've ever tried. There are numerous other styles for every taste. This product is well worth the splurge!

Worth every penny
Grohe is one of the more expensive brands of plumbing brass, but especially in the line of shower heads, the difference is amazing. This shower head develops a high pressure stream like nother that I've ever used, and the different settings actually work.

you gotta get this
the grohe 28 444 movario is the best handheld i have ever seen. it is light and fits great in the hand. the rain setting is soothing and feels incredible - you could stay under it for hours. it is high quality and having the head swivel provides further coverage. highly recommend this product.

Residential Products
GROHE provides the following warranties on its products to the original purchaser, installed in a residential application. This warranty is effective for all faucets sold after January 1, 1997.
Mechanical Warranty
A Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided on all mechanical parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.
General Finish Warranty
A 5-Year Warranty is provided on all GROHE product finishes (except the InfinityFinishTM) to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
InfinityFinishTM
A Lifetime Warranty is provided on all GROHE products with the InfinityFinish to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. At its option, GROHE will repair or replace any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.
To obtain warranty repair or replacement the faulty part or product is to be sent along with proof-of-purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser to:
