Ginger Shower Rod Remodeling bathroom; purchased this shower rod in satin nickel as a replacement for an identical brass rod. Faucet Direct had a pretty good discount, but still insanely expensive for what you get. Don't forget to buy the matching brackets which are sold separately. June 29, 2010
This is a beautiful product, but it's a good thing I thought the price for the rod included the rod holders or I would never have ordered it. After I got it and discovered my mistake I had to order the holders, doubling the price I thought I would pay. No ones fault but my own, but I'm usually pretty careful about reading the fine print, so, though I don't remember what happened, I suspect it wasn't made very clear that you had to order another part to actually be able to use the shower rod you were paying for. GINGER brand products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for as long as the original purchaser owns them, unless otherwise specifically noted. The defective part must be returned to the GINGER prepaid, accompanied by proof of purchase. GINGER will inspect to determine the nature of the problem - whether it is a defect or has been otherwise damaged. If the item is defective, GINGER will replace it at no charge. If it is determined that the item has been otherwise damaged, GINGER will repair or replace the item for a charge.

Glass and Shower rods are not covered under GINGER's limited warranty.

GINGER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Cleaning Instructions for GINGER Products:

Ginger products are manufactured with the most advanced techniques to
assure a durable and long lasting finish.

Cleaning of Ginger accessories requires special care to avoid damage to the
finish and to preserve the original brilliance.

Clean the surface with a mild detergent and water only. Dry with a soft cloth.

Never use rough cloths, abrasives or chemical cleaners.

The use of chemical cleaners for cleaning tiles and the bath area can impeach the finish of our products and care should be taken to avoid contact with the accessories.

An occasional paste wax is recommended.

Contact with chemical cleaners and abrasives will void the manufacturer’s warranty on all products.
