Looking at the picture, it looks like the vertical length (height) is larger than the hortizonal length (width). This is opposite than what the measurements suggests. Is the width truely bigger than the height?

A. The Gatco GC4339S has no true top or bottom, so it doesn't matter which way you place the mirror. In the picture that is displaying the height as31.5" and the width as 24".
